How does booking work?
Pick a facility, choose a date, court, start time and duration (1 hour by default, up to the facility's maximum, which is 2 hours unless it sets otherwise). Reserve Now places a short hold on that slot while you pay. Your booking is confirmed only after the payment is verified.
How long is a slot held?
Each facility sets its own hold time, between 5 and 30 minutes (10 minutes by default). When you pay by QR Ph the hold is 30 minutes by default, and once you upload your receipt screenshot the slot stays held while the court owner checks it. If no payment or proof arrives in time, the hold is released so someone else can book.
What if two people try to book the same court at once?
Only one can win. The database itself refuses overlapping bookings on the same court, so a slot can never be sold twice.
How do I pay?
Where a facility has set up QR Ph, you scan its QR code with your bank or e-wallet app, send the exact amount and upload a screenshot of the receipt. The court owner verifies payments manually. Your booking is confirmed only after verification. Facilities that haven't set up QR Ph yet use a clearly labelled sandbox where no real money moves. Hosted checkout through PayMongo or Xendit is being set up.
Can I cancel?
You can request a cancellation from your dashboard. Each facility publishes its cancellation policy on its page, including how many hours before your slot you can cancel for a full refund.

Are listed facilities checked?
Yes. A facility only appears after our team reviews and approves its listing.
I own courts. What does it cost?
Free for Zamboanga City courts; ₱20 per confirmed booking elsewhere. The fee applies only to confirmed bookings made through the marketplace and is waived if the booking is cancelled. Bookings you enter yourself (walk-ins, phone bookings) are free. The first 10 approved facilities are Founding Partners and pay 0% for 60 days after activation.
